Cyril Fabien

Cyril Fabien was not destined for the kitchen.

After studying film, he left everything behind to learn cooking from the ground up: washing dishes, burns, endless services.

Just hard work, and the desire to build something that lasts.

La Table d’Alice, opened in April 2025 in Versailles, is named after his grandmother a courageous woman from Guadeloupe who had once opened her own restaurant, before life took another turn.
She passed on what matters most: respect for hard work, the joy of feeding others, and a generosity without limits.

Here, the cuisine is French, homemade, and open to the world.

From breakfast to dinner, everyone is welcome. No showmanship. Just honest food, and a dining room where you feel at home.

Cyril cooks with the fire she passed on to him and he has no intention of letting it fade.
